Telemedicine

Connect with a doctor from anywhere

Telemedicine connects patients, field staff and doctors through secure digital communication — from home, workplace or a community screening point.

Platform Features

What our telemedicine platform offers

Video consultation, a doctor dashboard, digital prescriptions, patient history access, report sharing and structured follow-up management.

Security & privacy. Privacy, consent, record-retention and emergency-use disclaimers are displayed clearly for every consultation.

Note. Telemedicine is not intended for medical emergencies — please seek immediate emergency care when required.

Why It Works

What this means in practice

Ties Every Service Together

The same telemedicine layer connects a Health Lounge visit, a Health Box camp and a home visit to one continuous conversation with a doctor.

A Record the Doctor Can Actually See

Your screening history and previous reports are visible to the consulting doctor, not just what you can describe from memory.

Follow-Up Without a Repeat Visit

Once you’ve been screened in person, routine follow-up can often happen over video instead of requiring another physical visit.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is telemedicine suitable for emergencies?
No. Telemedicine is best suited for routine consultation, follow-up and interpretation of screening results — not emergencies. Please seek immediate in-person emergency care when needed.
How do I schedule a consultation?
Use the Contact Us page to schedule a telemedicine consultation, or ask your Health Lounge or Health Box attendant to connect you directly.
Can a doctor prescribe medication over video?
Where clinically appropriate and permitted, yes — digital prescriptions are part of the platform. The consulting doctor will advise if an in-person visit is needed instead.

Important: Health Lounge, Health ATM and Health Box services provide preventive health screening and health assessments. They are not a substitute for clinical diagnosis, medical examination or treatment by a registered medical practitioner. Screening results should be reviewed with a qualified doctor. Maharaju Healthcare does not diagnose or treat medical conditions through these units.
