Health Lounge

A staffed health point in public spaces

Health Lounges are compact, technology-enabled preventive healthcare points designed for public and institutional locations — metro stations, shopping malls, community centres, corporate parks, campuses and hospitals.

What It Is

Screening without the wait

An attendant guides you through the screening, results are generated on the spot, and a doctor is available on video for immediate consultation — without the delays associated with conventional hospital screening.

Recommended locations. Metro stations, shopping malls, community centres, corporate parks, campuses and hospitals.

Rollout. Health Lounges are rolling out in phases across high-footfall locations in Hyderabad, alongside Health ATM kiosks.

Why It Works

What this means in practice

No Half-Day Off Work

A staffed walk-in point means you don’t need to book leave or wait for a hospital appointment slot to get screened.

A Human Guide, Not Just a Machine

An attendant is present throughout — useful if you’re unfamiliar with self-service kiosks or simply prefer a person guiding you through the process.

Same-Day Answers

Your report is generated on the spot and a doctor is available on video, so you leave with results and next steps, not a follow-up appointment.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do I need an appointment?
No. Health Lounges are designed for walk-in visits during operating hours at each location.
How is this different from a Health ATM?
A Health Lounge is staffed by an attendant who guides you through the process; a Health ATM is a self-operated kiosk for independent use.
What should I bring with me?
A valid ID is helpful for setting up your digital health record, but walk-ins are welcome without prior booking or paperwork.
